Price Drop..... 1700 OBO. Looking to sell or trade my lightly used Marlin 1895SBL. I bought this a few years back to carry for critter protection and back up shooting but I alway found myself carrying the Lott in place of the Marlin because the weight wasn't much of a difference and the Lott is more useful at longer range. This gun has had about 30 rounds through it for break in and accuracy testing. It's a good shooter and pretty pleasant recoil wise for this small package.
For trades I am looking for a 6.5 of 7mm in a midweight rifle. I have dies and maybe a little brass around I can throw in as well. Sale price is $2000 OBO. Pm me for more details or more pictures.

Man I should have bought one of these a couple of years ago when they were selling for 1200 in stores. I’m not saying your price is bad by any means, just saying I wish I wouldn’t have procrastinated seeing as how the going rate for these is through the roof with the Remington buyout lol. GLWS man, beautiful rifle.

Explain the Remington thing in regards to prices? Did they stop making them? I have an 1895 GBL and love it.

Somebody should snatch this up

Anything really. I have the 30's and bigger covered. I guess i would consider a 35 whelen or norma. But I have a model 7 in 260 and am looking for something bigger for myself as the 260 is going to go to my son when he gets a little bit bigger.
I have been looking at picking up a Ridgeline in 280 or 6.5 PRC and tossing around the idea with my gunsmith of building a custom 7mm mag on a 700 action I have but not really set on a particular one, just like those calibers for a good Western State Mule deer and Elk round.

I have a 7mm rem mag Ridgeline on Macmillan hunter edge. 1/2 with hand loads. Don’t need it since I got a 6.5 PRC and a 300win mag. But I don’t need another sbl.
