Marsupial Gear Harness - Neck rub?

Trying to figure out if it’s me or the harness. Anyone else have issues with the padded harness straps rubbing the sides of their neck?

I know I have a wide check snd shoulders. Not sure though if I can make this thing work. Love it in terms of function though.

Yes, terrible.
I went with the standard harness.

Did you swap out or order it with just the regular webbing.

I ordered it with the padded and hated it.
Had to order the standard separately and swap it.
Its much better.
