MEC Marksman

So in my quest to upgrade my starter press I can upon the Marksman by MEC. This looks like a pretty nice press and based on reviews is well worth consideration. Anyone have one or used one?

The MEC is going to be my press soon. I’ve done a ton of research and seems to be the best (other than a Forrester). Hornady die bushing kit seems like a nice add on.

I have the Mec Marksman press and installed the Hornady die bushing in it. I bought it for the very low run out it produces. Its a very well made press and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
You will need a priming tool I have the RCBS automatic bench mounted priming tool. Its worth every penny.

Yeah I saw that but I don’t use a press to prime so that wasn’t an issue in looking at presses. Thanks for the run down.

I have one and i really like it. Haven’t done the hornady kit yet but maybe i will.

I have the Marksman press and the more I use it the more I like it. As far as features and functionality, I don’t know where you can go wrong on this one.

Well I went ahead and picked one up with the stand. Seems very well built!
