Meopta MeoStar 10x50 binoculars.

Excellent condition. Only flaw is a small spot in the coating on the right ocular which can be seen in the photos. It should be noted that this is not within the line of vision and has no impact on viewing.

2014 manufacture. These offer superb low light views.

Of course it could always been sent into Meopta to have the lens changed, but it will be a couple of month wait from what I was told.

Asking $800 shipped and insured. Do not hesitate to PM me any questions.

Drop to $750. This comes with Meopta’s transferable lifetime warranty.

What did you use these for mainly? I’ve never had my hands on Meoptas. I’ve heard good things but they look chunky to be used offhand like I will primarily do

I buy and try a lot of optics. These were bought with the intention of looking at the night sky. I have enough other binoculars for wildlife watching, hunting, looking at the sky as it is so that is why I have decided to sell these.

They are the same length as my Zeiss SF 42s. However, they are about 5 ounces heavier (and don’t have the same weight balance). Truth be told, they feel less hefty than something like the Vortex UHD or Maven B2 series. Ergonomically they feel and optically perform very similar to Swarovski SLC‘s.

Holding them offhanded isn’t much of an issue but they are obviously less steady than my SF‘s or my Meopta 7x42’s (which are my archery binoculars). Unfortunately I don’t have other 10x50’s to compare them against for that type of experiment.
