I have the BE Deep Impacts 28" (I believe) with the Ethics Archery 65gr insert/outsert system and 125gr BH. I will be right around the 500 gr mark. Before I built these arrows I had been shooting the same arrow but with BE components at around 430 gr only had a problem with them when I hit a rock or something just as hard.

The day six have been doing good so far although I wouldn’t consider the 250s a micro diameter. O.D. is the same size as the B.E. Rampages 300s which are a small diameter, just extremely thick walls which do make them super durable and recover quickly from paradox. The 300s are also pushing it when it comes to being a micro. Anything bigger than .25 just doesn’t look like a micro to me.

Going into my 7th year with micros....Easton Injexion 330s with Firenock outserts combined with the Easton D-6 20 gr stainless steel insert installed for reinforcing and a bit of weright inside at the stock depth. I glue the Firenock outserts on with Bohning Hotmelt glue so you can achieve a perfect broadhead spin, or reheat (gently) and rotate to reset. With a 65# bow and 29" draw length, arrow durability is great. I never embraced D-6 "technology" as the shank and thread are about 50% as strong based on diameter versus regular 8-32 threaded heads. If you have any issue pulling out the arrow from a new bag target, rotate the arrow and it comes out. Good luck!

I just test fit my new Ethics Archery stainless outsert with their aluminum insert this weekend on a squared Black Eagle X Impact arrow. The insert/outsert will weigh 90 grains when I cut the aluminum down to their last cut mark. They spin perfectly just fit without any glue! The same cannot be said about other outsert systems I've used before that required a lot of finesse to get to spin well* not perfect. I've been running the x impacts for 3 years now and I've been very impressed by their durability. I shot Axis for a long time before that and they would not withstand hard impacts at all with just the Hit inserts. At that time I didn't realize the benefits of having a metal footer or outsert setup for rigidity on the end of the arrow.

VAP 300 75 grain brass insert 10 grain weight and footer 100 grain head-488
VAP 300 55 grain TI Easton halfout 30 grain weight footer 100 grain head-488
VAP 250 60 grain weight 75 grain brass insert footer and 100 grain head Estimated 555
Just finishing up building them all I’ve shot the 300 VAP with deep six they are a few grains off my RIP and group with them out to 60.

That top setup is the one I’d pick!!
