If they change it to OIL tags will that remove all that have already drawn or allow you to maybe draw once more?

That's my hope, no one's worse off that already drew and has put in points since then. Kind of a "from now on, only one more" which is OIL if you've never drawn. We'll see what they do and the hate they get regardless of the decision.
