General deer combo in a non limited unit such as 700

Do we need to apply for a permit ?

I don’t think so but some are stair. Yes. Kind hard when there is no unit to draw.

No. You are applying for a general deer combo not a permit tag, like you mentioned

no permit needed to hunt deer in R7, just a deer license- you can hunt the entire region as you please
