Any tips out there on fastening a moose cape and head to a Barneys frame? My Barneys hauled quarters like a champ but I couldnt figure out a good way to get the head and cape in there. Thanks

I have DIY straps that i installed grommets on where the bag attaches.

I picked up Mil spec webbing, grommet kit. Heated the grommet punch up and melted the hole for the grommet. Added my choice of buckles, now it’s one heck of a freighter, straps around the bag help tighten Reg camp load up as well. I also didn’t like the shelf up in the middle, so I flipped it and moved to the bottom.

Those 4 straps have worked pretty good for carrying everything I’ve put in it.

I just tossed a dry bag in it here so you can see it better. I also used a little aluminum bar stock, made a bracket for the load shelf down lower, they sell pins at Home Depot. They also sell the grommet kits as well.

Love what you did here. I'm looking at doing the same thing. What type of pins are those?
