In doing the research on these (they're currently on sale at Cabela's) it states it needs 4G LTE in order to work. Based on the AT&T coverage map, it shows the area where the camera is going isn't covered however, my cell phone has spotty coverage there. Anyone have experience with this particular camera?

I have the XV 8000, it will work in an area with little to no bars. I am amazed. The pic quality is low, which is to be understood. You can ask for a hi res download, but my camera quit that process and the tech help was not helpful at all. You will get pics in the heat of the day with no critters. Overall, decent camera, critters have not been spooked by the low glow flash, and the battery life is very good.
