Mountain extremes on east coast

Do you guys think kenetrek mountain extremes are overkill for white tail hunting on the east coast?

I feel I should pick up a pair and start using them here and breaking them in for my western hunts which I hope to start in a few years.

what are your thoughts?

Here is a pic of this flatlander breaking in the Beartooths's with the aid of a 40 pound bag of salt strapped to his back :)

@Fadetoblack188, the thing that is nice about boots like this, even here in New England, is its stability. I can't believe how bad I have been treating my feet for the past 54 years. They are also getting better with each day, especially since I treated them. Literally forming to my feet.20210211_143859.jpg
