I have the duplex ordered. Will i need any attachments to attach my 1800 bag to the Kifaru frame?

You’ll need a bunch of ITX Nexus split SR buckles to attach it. EXO uses buckles that aren’t compatible with the ITX Nexus Kifaru buckles.

Or put exo rock lockster buckles on a pair of kifaru compression straps to attach to the frame.

Yep thats definitely what I did.
Gots so many different things I forgot.
I know I took the exo buckles off the front of the lid and used auto locks.
But I can't remember why.

Bungee Cords and Ratchet Straps. Lots of both.

But seriously....I attached my Exo bag with the K-Clip Compression Kit from Kifaru

So I'll need the k clip compression kit from Kifaru?
i'm curious too.... what exactly needs to be ordered for this to work?

i'm gonna sell my metcalf and buy a duplex lite frame.... while i test it, using my exo 3500 bag is ideal, so if i don't like it i'm not too invested... if i do, i'll buy a kifaru bag

I love the Kifaru frame, but dislike their bags. Too heavy, and too difficult to convert to meat shelf. Trying to mesh the best of both worlds.

To mount just a back you need a k clip compression kit.
Four 1" rock lobster buckles.

To mount a lid you need 2 more straps.
Id suggest the exo lid straps as they have the one with the wire closure.
2 more rock lobster buckles.
