Mounting height UM tikka rings vs rail and nightforce

I have area 419 rails on my t3x's. They add approximately .33" height from the base to the top of the rail. My question is: can someone tell me how much lower the UM tikka mounts (their chart says low for 50mm objective - shv 4-14x50f1) would be compared to the area 419 rail and nightforce .885" rings would be? Is it as simple as .33" + .885" = 1.215" compared to 1.05" for the UM rings?
