Since this is a one of a kind prototype pack, the capacity and belt size are not indicated. I would guess the size is a 45-50 liter capacity but it’s difficult to tell with the pockets. The belt is similar to a S/M which fits a 31-36” waist.

Probably either at the MR yard sale or from someone who got it there. It’s not a one of a kind military pack. Coyote is a color offered in the hunting line, as well, and MR didn’t do any military design work on a guide light frame in 2017.

It appears to be a sew/pricing sample of the first guide light products made at the new contract manufacturer in the Philippines. Usually done with substitute materials that represent what the final product will look like strictly from a CONSTRUCTION standpoint. Obviously not the same colors as products that were eventually sold, but it gives the contract manufacturer the opportunity to run through the steps of making the bag to determine the time/difficulty and offer a price to MR for making it. The first iteration is usually far inferior to the customer’s standard and requires larger amounts of feedback than subsequent offerings in order to get up to snuff.

Not to rain on your parade, but there’s nothing special about that pack. In fact, it’s likely worth far less than an off the shelf MR product as the materials might not all be up to standard and the construction most certainly isn’t. Perhaps has some collector value for a diehard MR fanboy, but those are typically in Japan. Ill-advised to try to hunt out of this pack.
