I've got 2 of these Single Man MSR Elixir tents that are BRAND NEW and come with the footprint. They've never been set up. Truth is we placed an order for the shop and MSR shipped us the wrong tents, and nearly a year later they are kicking around so we just need to have them find new homes for our cost.
They are a little heavier than other 1 man tents but unlike some I've slept in, these are sturdy because they use 3 poles and have a full vestibule that can easily store a pack, weapon and have space to get in and out. Sounds like from the reviews they won't fold over in tough weather or wind like my Big Agnes single man does.
Basic specs are:
