have a 2005 model MSR Mutha Hubba tent overall in nice condition, it is the red model that I replaced the rainfly with the updated green version, it does feel a bit sticky but not delaminating that I know of, the rain fly is pretty new. The bad thing is I loaned this out and the poles were not returned with it. I called MSR and they have a complete pole set for $150, I already bought another tent so figure I would offer it here for $100 shipped before I bought a set of poles. It does have a screen patch repair. Sale pending
