MSR whisperlite question

Hi all,
I have a trusty MSR Whisperlite camp stove that has been great over the years. Cleaned the cable recently and it’s a good as new, so I think.

My question: is the flex fuel line supposed to swivel/spin where it’s crimped on the tubing that’s tied to one of the legs? Seems ok, no leaks under use but I just don’t remember noticing if this was normal from new…
