Having a hard time deciding on a program to start off with. I’m trying to decide if I should go with the 30-30 workout plan or the 45-70? Any advice is appreciated.

I’m in week 2 now
Of the 30-30 and then going to do the 45-70 after. 30-30 has been no joke so far. I love the Mtn tough programs! I’ll probably do the preseason plan after I finish the 45-70. Definitely going to be using their programs year round!

I got the 45-70 plan, weighting on my weights to get here so I can start. Freaking snail mail.
