I got this link as an email from MTNTough

It seems brutal and a great workout.

It might be a bit much for a beginner at the start of the training season. What do you think would be a good way to work up to this workout? Maybe do 1/2 of everything and work up to doing it all? Or would it be better to start with less weight and work up to the full weight?

I have heard people that tie a car tire to their back pack for resistance. Helps for us flat landers who don’t have elevation access.

I’m not a member, but I’ve done their “22’s”; the one with like 300 jump squats with a penalty for resting but I don’t recall the name of it; and The Devil’s 55. I like the devils 55 best of the three.

Holy hell, the devils 55 looks incredibly difficult. I’m going to give it a go soon.
