MTNTOUGH Nutrition???

Anyone using this? If so, can you fill me in on a few things? Is this a low carb type diet? Does it take into consideration issues like GI problems? Gluten free? Is it interactive? I'm interested in checking it out but $100 is steep to hear stuff I've already read about or watched on youtube.

I can't speak to the offerings of Mtn Tough and their nutrition program, but I can testify that they're a great group of guys.
