Mule deer in Nebraska

I am beginning my planning for a 2021 archery mule deer hunt in Nebraska. I am looking at the Roberts Tract Trailhead in the Nebraska Nation Forest & Grassland near Chadron. I would appreciate and input on deer numbers or should I research other areas? Maybe ND or S.D? Than You
