I generally do mine straight thru. In the past I have done 10 sets of 10/20/30 before. Breaking them up def helps you from getting gassed. But yea, that 2nd mile is brutal to start, especially when you come right off of 300 squats. By the end of the mile, my legs start feeling much better tho.I think most people do 20 sets of 5 / 10 / 15
I've been doing 15 of 5/10/20 then 5 of 5/10 which gets the air squats out of the way and a brief leg rest before the 2nd mile. I hurt the most on the 2nd mile.
Justin's 10/20/30 is interesting. I'll have to give it a try next time, that is a blazing fast time he got.
