yes, it's very slow. Love to try some VV568....
It's going to be interesting to see how the new N568 performs because the load data that Viht has for the 300PRC and 300 Win mag doesn't really look all that impressive with regard to velocity. Maybe in other cartridges, like the 6.5 PRC, it will.

Powders are weird! N555 wasn’t even in the top ten for velocity with QL and it’s the fastest powder I have tested so far.

This rifle is right on the verge of what I can handle from the long recoil pulse a suppressor has, I can spot my hits past three hundred yards put I have to be fundamentally sound.
Do you think if you were using a Ultra 7 or 9 instead of the 5 that would change things much?

I was thinking about that today. I have a six stack with a four inch reflex from AB Suppressor’s and a Ultra 7. I will give that a try next week and report back.

It'll be interesting to hear how much difference you notice going from the Ultra 5 to 7.

Also, where did you end up with the N555, somewhere around 64gr?

66gr, QL has max at 65.6 I believe

Maybe if you use the default case capacity but I thought I read the brass you are using held around 78-79 gr H20 which is a little less than QL's default.

Your using a OAL of 2.97 with those 200.20X or something different and how close to touch are you?

I think 20 off. But would have to verify that with UM it's been a while since we started this. I never measured the H20 of the ADG brass. We worked up from 62. The brass looks great, bolt lift is smooth in the 90-degree temps.

2.97 with the 200.20

Many minds would like to hear your opinion of that AB suppressor.

I will test them out now that I have a load.

I love that AB is modular and the reflex pieces definitely quiet the sound down.

Ryan. Have you tested any 568 yet With the 200-20x? I’ve got a couple pounds sitting here. The 565 I’m currently using is slow outa my 20” barrel only getting 2760 out of it. Do you have any quick load data for a good starting point Using 568 with the 200-20x in Norma brass?

From the reading I've done and the one person I talked to N568 is OK on accuracy but in the velocity department it's a total dud.

Love my short barrel 300WSM, but I don't like to shoot rifles. Savage 510 Striker set up for long range specialty pistol matches. My kids call it "The Beast" and no one likes to be near me at the range when I shoot it.
