Mystery Ranch size question

I recently bought a Mystery Ranch Metcalf with a 2017 manufactured date and am wondering about the size. It says 18-21” on the tag, I gather that size range is for the yoke, but what about the waist belt? I don’t see any other tags with waist belt size ranges, I did some google searches and everyone talks about S,M,L waist belts. Does anyone know what waist belt came with the 18-21” yoke?

I believe both medium and large 2017-era packs had an 18-21" yoke. A medium belt would be for 29-34" waist, and a large belt would be 34-39". There should be a small tag listing the waist size located near the center of the belt, but I believe that tag is obscured by the lumbar pad and you'll have to detach the belt from the frame to read it.
