Have you had any up close elk impacts (100-200 yds) with the 215 at 3200+ fps? Just asking because I have a build in the works that will push them 3250 ish and I'm thinking of going to the 230 otm at 3150-3175 range.

I finally got time to play around with this powder in my 300 RUM. Loaded up some 200 grain Accubonds to mag length and went to the range. I found pressure signs at 95.5 grains but wasn't to disappointed because my velocity was almost 3400 fps. I backed it off for my next trip and found a node between 92.5 and just shy of 94 grains that shoots around 3240, and all powder charges shot the same group. 2 touching and one flier. All were at or under an inch. I am going to adjust seating depth a little and maybe try some different primers, but I think I am pretty close to calling it good. My ES and SD's are much lower than my Retumbo loads and I am getting around 200 fps more velocity.

Has anyone heard if we might see any N570 this year?? I have 2lbs left and have been holding off loading any new loads.
I wonder how VV 24N41 or 20N29 might work in my 300RUM.

Bruno’s has/had 15 - 1 pounders left in stock, powder valley says zero in stock but just hit add to cart button if it’s highlighted blue before selecting 1 or 8 pound container and 1 pounder will be added, do as many times as necessary , that how me and brother in law just got ours if anyone is still looking for it.
