Absolutely love my 200g briksdals, they go everywhere with me. Summer scouting archery and a Nov late season hunt. Problem is, my feet freeze every Nov. We pack in and cold tent it in Colorado. A mix of still hunting and or all day glassing. Short of buying a 2nd pair a size up for some extra wool socks inside I'm wondering...what are some other narrow fitting, stiffer boots that can handle dead fall, snow, a heavy pack, and multiple miles in some rough country in the late season, thinking 400g for sure.

I’d look at schnees. They make a mountain boot that’s 400g I believe. I think it’s the granite. Schnees are great boots

I really wanted the timberline to come in an I slated boot. Will check the granite out, thanks.
