Need scope ring height advice

Just bought Christensen arms Ridgeline Ti 300 win mag and Murphy Ti picatinny base in 20 MOA

Looking at American rifle company rings.

I have a Leupold 3-15 vx5 in size 44 objective

Will low rings work for this?

They should. ARC has a table on their website to help with height selection. It suggests stacking pennies to measure the height then you can convert that to their sizing.

I have med style rings on my old rifle and they are a tad tall.

Stupid question. Can't you e-mail the vendor and tell them your setup and have them provide the part number to order? I ask since that is what I do. If you do this often enough, you may want to consider something like: https://www.dnzproducts.com/product/rapid-height/
