Nevada Access question, regarding roads

So we are working the electronic scouting in Unit 10. A new to Nevada hunting question. The dashed line of an established road on BLM enters a marked private area on the south end and continues through the property and continues north again in BLM property.

Can you drive through that marked area? Is it considered ok. As long as you stay on the marked roadway and don't stop? In Southern Illinois, there were a ton of drilling roads that meandered through mostly Shawnee National forest lands and occasionally through private lands. As long as you were just passing through and closed the gate behind you it was ok to do.

what's the ruling here in Nevada? do you go through? or do we need to find an alternate route?

Thank you for that information. Where can I look that up? Where is the documentation that details that out?

Look at NRS 207.200(b)(2) and the following sub sections. There are tons of squares like that in NV that aren’t marked, the code requires significant no trespassing postings. You should be able to see a fence and especially a gate on google earth.
