Nice job John, I can't help but notice there is bone left in them chunks of meat. It sure makes it easier to hang, but makes that pack heavy.

No doubt Doug. If it was a Bivy style hunt I'd surely bone out the hinds and front shoulders. It was just a 2 or 3 mile hike to the truck. Further than I felt like dragging. However I DID joint the legs at the knee and hock. I do have my standards!

Awesome. I am trying to plan a trip like this with my dad next year. You saw quite a few animals and were successful (bonus). Great Trip!!!
