Nevada unit 262 archery bull

I got drawn an archery bull tag in unit 262 mt. Charelston area. I've never hunted the area and was wondering if anyone has. I'm wondering what kind of elk I can wxpect and any information would be great. Thanks

I've never had a tag there but iv'e scouted and seen a few shooter bulls. Also i don't know what department you work for but there a probably a few guys you work with that would be great resources. Shoot me a PM.

Last year the one archery bull was a 7 point. I don't know how big it was but there are a few big bulls in the unit.

Wish I would have been apart of this forum back in 2017 to help you out! Seen some dandy Bulls in the Cold Creek area, back side of Wheeler Pass. How did your elk hunt turn out?!

Turned out pretty good the area has some dandy bulls if you put in the work. Took a 6X7 that scored 351.
