That’s pretty funny, I emailed them myself on Sunday......apparently there’s a crowd of us. Thinking same exact thing, Altitude seems like one hell of a package.
Just call them.

I emailed them about 4 or 5 days prior and had not heard back. I just called yesterday, told them the altitude with several changes. They did it as custom, emailed me a build sheet while I was on phone. I reviewed it for a few minutes, to make sure it was correct, and if there was anything else I wanted to change. I then called back and gave them a deposit.
The whole process took maybe 15 minutes counting my review. It was cake, if I would have known it were that simple, I would have never emailed.

They were closed for holidays and am sure they got swamped with emails and have gotten behind on following up I am sure.

What kind of a deposit do they ask for?

Yep - called and exactly as you state, very easy and they had very good input to what I was looking at doing. Like others was told 6mo lead time for proof barrel which is their main holdup on builds right now. I’ve got plenty of time to debate glass, rings, brake, and front rail.....

Great team at Alamo-- been going to them for work (and rifles) since 2017-- their business has grown exponentially and they have a lot of irons in the fire.

I'm headed in tomorrow to pick up my 6cm custom and I have lightweight (anTi based) 7SAUM in the works as well.

I just did a Maverick 300 Weatherby build, 14-16 weeks, pretty easy process. Add ons were Gill Brake, Pic Rail, TT Special and rear flush cup where regular stud would go. I can't wait.

Here she is, I love it. I will get better pictures later this was just really quickly during my work day. It's VERY light for what it is, I would be shocked if it weighs more than 6.5 lbs, you can kind of tell in the picture that it has a pic rail on the forend of the stock. QD cups on the other side which is how I will be running the triad sling.

Now I have to debate between the new 4-20 ATACR and the 4-32 NX8.

nice pics.

What scope you running ? I was wondering about rings myself.
I am planning on getting a Leupold Mark V in 44mm.

I had a Swarvoski X5 50mm on my gun and went to New Mexico this past year for Mule Deer.
He had that scope on his gun and I loved the size of it, it was about 60% in length of my X5.
I actually ended up using his gun to shoot a deer at 780 yards with store bought ammo.
When I got back, I sold my scope and decided I would get a PRC like his, and a scope like his, just really liked everything about it, especially the size.

I'm debating between the new 4-20 ATACR and the 4-32 NX8 from Nightforce, leaning toward the NX8.

A 44mm could be ok with lows, I think my issues are from the full sendero barrel, i can see the top of the lock ring on the brake in the bottom of the scope and there's not a whole lot of room so caps won't fit.

I put my Nightforce SHV on it temporarily which is on Nightforce lows.

I ordered a Thunder Beast bipod today, pretty excited for that.

I think I’ve settled on the ATACR F1 4-20x50. The biggest thing holding me back was the weight but I’ve got an SHV on this gun right now and it weighs close to the same as the ATACR so I will likely end up ordering one at some point.

UPS is jerking me around, I ordered in a few cleaning pieces to break the barrel in and a Collet die for the necks because the neck die I had is working the cases, too. My mistake, thought I'd be able to use any neck die. So fire forming has stalled until I get this order in that is looking like it's lost in the mail. Hopefully this doesn't happen with the TBAC bipod!
