I have been using Salamon Quest 4d GTX for the last couple years and they have been great for hunting in the summer and early fall without any bad weather. Looking to buy another pair of boots that can handle colder temperatures and wet weather. I’m looking at the Kenetrek mountain extremes, being that I already have the other boots I am on the fence between getting the non insulated and the 400 g. With my hunting style and where I live I will not be in extreme conditions however there’s always a chance of a little snow and temperatures in the 20s. If anybody out there has experience with these boots I would love some advice

I've been using my Salomon Quest for years as well but they're nearing their end of life. I've been looking at the Lowa Tibet GTX for my next boot but have started to look at the Kenetrek's just from the volume of reviews I'm seeing.
