New bow or new accessories

I am sure this is a Ford or Chevy topic, but I have an older Diamond Core I bought new in 2013. I shot it a lot for few years, and put it in storage. I decided to switch back to archery this year, so I got it back out this summer and had it tuned, and started shooting again. Now my 9 year old son is interested in archery, and I am having a blast (besides the frustration of chasing Roosevelt Elk in thick timber lol) my question is the title. Should I keep shooting this bow for another year, and upgrade the accessories, or just bite the bullet, and get a new bow?

Shoot it for another year and buy your son a bow instead if you haven’t already. Then upgrade everything next year.
