I been really enjoying mixing in the Jacob's Ladder into my cardio portion of my workouts. Typically I run 2-3 times, bike 2-3 times, hike outside 1-2 times (Incline) and now Jacob's Ladder is added into the mix. Great new equipment I have mixed into my workout routine. Figured I would share here as I am sold as a fan. I am fortunate to have access to a "good" gym that has number of them I can use. No offseason, always training for the next adventure.
