Hello guys. Just joined up and want to introduce myself. As you can tell by my username, I live east of the Mississippi. I've been an avid hunter from the time I could walk really. Whitetails, turkeys, small game, and waterfowl are my bread and butter. I've never set foot east of the Mississippi, but have preliminary "plans" of heading west to chase elk in 3-4 years. From what I've read on AT, this is one of the best forums to soak all the information I can before making real plans to head west.
