New member, new hunter, from MN

Hi everyone - I'm both a new member, and a new hunter (hope to be at least...haven't actually hunted anything yet) from the Twin Cities area. I did not grow up hunting and haven't had anyone to learn from, so trying to soak up as much as I can here while separately working to get some hands on experience locally. Looking forward to being a part of the forum. I plan to start with good old MN whitetail.

I’m in Woodbury too.

I reside in WI but work in Woodbury and would be interested in hunting either side of the border.

Good luck to ya. Do you have access to private land or are you starting out on Public?

I will primarily hunt WI public land for small game. Might get an MN small game license.

Depending on the year I have access to some private land down by Hayfield I'll drive down for CWD hunts. Licensing makes it cost prohibitive outside of that.
