New Meopta Carbon Tripod - Any Experience

Anyone running one the new Meopta carbon tripod? The two heads and 4 plates included in the kit is pretty appealing.
18" collapsed, 70" max height. 4 lbs... beats the Manfrotto I'm currently using.

There's a lot included in the kit. MSRP is $499.95, why these still exist is beyond me. Minimum advertised price (what dealers will likely run) is $299.95.

Looking at Meopta's website the only tripod shown is made by Manfrotto, still looks like a fair deal. That fluid head looks very familiar, like the one on my Manfrotto

I just got some more spec info from Meopta.
The kit contains two heads; each head has two plates, ... but the plates do NOT interchange between heads. (I was hoping they would so I could leave a plate on my spotter, bino adapter, and dslr without swapping plates)
Weight of 4# is with the ball head.
Three locking positions for the legs, the furthest open is 22*
Fluid head will support 17#
Ball head will support 22#

Mine just arrived. Comes with a ton of accessories and is solid. If I were hiking deep into the Backcountry and counting ounces I'd probably find something lighter.
It easily converts to a monopod which I like.
Ball head is buttery smooth. It all comes in a convenient carrying case. At the price I wasn't expecting a ton from the case so I wasn't disappointed. If o were going to be using this a ton I'd probably get a pelican (or apache from harbor freight) case that will accommodate tripod, accessories and spotter.
It's not a $500 tripod but at $200ish your getting a lot.

Just picked one of these up and am trying to learn what the differences are. Eventually I'd like to have this set up to hang on to an AR with NV on top pointing out the back of the cabin with me watching on a DC powered monitor.

Yes, they are Arca Swiss.
The fluid head is A BEAST... way bigger than anything I'd use.
The ball head is a nice size
