New Mexico coyote hunt

Brother in law just moved south of Raton. just wondering if anyone around that area knew anyone with some land that didn't mind some good ol boys hunting some dogs

The state trust land south east of Raton, around Springer, has several dogs.

I live in Raton. Where did he move to?
There is a lot of public land around the Springer area and other spots. Most ranchers are pretty picky on who they let hunt.
