Griffon. Super excited.
We picked our griff up about two months ago. They are fun. Their personalities are interesting. Ours likes to lean on items and has now hit the “pawsy”stage. She can definitely be hard headed at times.

Drive through to Hudson, Wi, nice town, friendly people and the Barker Bar has great food.
You may see a lot of Bald Eagles on the river crossing to Hudson

Well as long as everybody is chiming in... just went over river and through the mountains to get this little girl. Great family trip for a week.

Congrats on the pup! And I agree with the comment on stopping in Hudson, WI instead of Minneapolis (I grew up on the NTH side of the Twin Cities). Only an extra 20-30 min drive, nice area

Sigh... we're down to just the little one now. Had to put down my Rat Terrier in 2020 @15yrs due to some Tumors that were ulcerating.

Little one is 15yo, and I feel pretty confident we can get her to probably 17... maybe 18yo.

Been figuring on likely getting a Jagd Terrier to replace my Rat Terrier. But I want a pup and I don't want it giving her a buncha grief in her old age, so figuring for now holding off on getting a new pup until it's her turn to cross the rainbow bridge.

Here's some pics from when we first got her 15 years ago... someone at the wife's work at the time had this one last pup that wasn't yet spoken for. As she's telling me about it... when I found out it was a Chihuahua, I kinda winced. Figuring it'd be a yappy lil spastic thing. But you could tell her heart was smitten already, so I just rolled with it.

Turned out to have the best nature ever! Real calm. Only time she'd bark up was if "defending" the back yard from somethin' running along the wall, that's about it. Was real good at playing fetch like her "big sister".

And just everywhere ya go... you're greeted with smiles and she brings out the absolute best in people, that's part's actually very cool.

And let's see.. a more recent one with lil Mancha spreading joy to others...

I picked up another griff in whitefish. A few good griff breeders in Montana. They can be stubborn
Yeah. There's a few. Did you get it from Glacier or a different place? I talked to a couple like John and Phil. No litters this year. Really good looking dogs from both of them.
