Heard about the forum from a buddy. I am getting into hunting as I have 2 boys (5 and 2). I believe that in today's world it is even more important for children you understand hard work, Patients and that even if you do everything right sometimes things dont work out.... hunting seemed like the perfect tool for that. So now I need to get a better understanding and soon teach them.
I have done a hog hunt, missed out on the draw here in NV and looking to do a bear hunt in Idaho...
So I am gearing up looking at packs, sleeping systems etc. So what are some good pointers on how much and what to bring on a 3-4 days hunt.
