My recent trip to Michigan yielded zero bows for me. I never could find the right deal. I made it back down to Georgia the other day and this little gem falls right into my lap, so to speak.

I’ll be picking up this new to me, Jeffrey Archery Royal Hunter in a day or so.

I’ve been a brick mason since 1994 and Firefighting since 2007. If I was gonna have one it would’ve already happened.
In all seriousness….. in 2006 I struggled starting out with a 45# bow. It’s been a long road getting up to this weight.

Nice shooting, congrats. Best of luck w it. I’m 54 and had all kinds issues a few years ago. I still shoot a 64 pounder as well. More commonly just because I like the bow better, it’s one in the high 50s. Don’t worry about the weight as long as you’re not over bowed.

Thanks!
Yeah, I’m really liking the way this bow shoots.
