New to the forums. Read a lot of threads on here while doing research on arrows and equipment and learned a lot. Figured it was time to finally register to hopefully add to the discussions.
Grew up whitetail hunting in central PA and southern NY. Been serious about archery for a couple years now, quickly turning into an obsession (not that it's a bad thing). Went on my first backcountry elk hunting trip last year to Colorado, and while it didn't end in a kill, I learned a lot.
I shoot a Hoyt Double XL at 33" (I'm 6'3" but have monkey arms). Limited bows and limited arrows at my draw length. Anyone else with long draw lengths who have any tips on gear etc. I'm all ears.
