Welcome from Atlanta - planning to be in Colorado for my first elk hunt in November. I spent a number of years in Columbia - been in Atlanta since 1982. Originally from south Georgia.

@Sccritterkiller I'm in Aiken. About 15 minutes east of Augusta Ga.

@Jaspe I looked hard at Colorado, but decided to focus on Idaho, just due to it seems like it may have a little less hunting pressure. Although Colorado is about 12 hours closer of a drive for me. I hoped to be hunting for the first time this year, but had to push back a year due to hunting partner.

Been north of Aiken Turkey hunting Greenwood area and my hunt club is outside of Hampton...I am over by Lancaster.
