Newbie in Southern CA

Hey guys

New guy here, been lurking for a while trying to learn everything I can! Going hunting for the first time this fall in New Mexico with my brother-in-law. He has an archery elk tag, and I drew a rifle deer tag for the late season. This place is a treasure trove of info!
