I have a 5000 acre lease in east Texas, 38 members. Each member gets a ~110 acre section to hunt. We’ve had good deer over the years and my family has operated this lease since 1970. It’s located between Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend lakes. We have a camp area with electrical hook ups for RVs. We have whitetail, turkey, dove, hogs, coyotes, bobcats etc.

$1495 single hunter - 1 buck 1 doe
$1720 family - 2 buck 2 doe.
