So I am still awaiting my new Lowa Hunters in 12 Wide which I am hoping will alleviate the slight heel slip of the size 13s I had. I am not overly confident that it will be the answer but I figured that it cost me nothing but time to try them out before asking for a refund. Lathrop & Sons has a great reputation with many of you guys here so I'm expecting that many of you would suggest giving them a call to talk about my foot type and boot needs if these 12 wides don't work out?
They seem to have a good selection of boots and can give me some expertise on what boot may be right for me. How helpful have they been for you guys when calling them to figure out the boot for you? Without a good boot store that carries a well rounded selection of hunting boots, the world of boots and figuring out the one for me is more than frustrating.
