I bought a pair of 10x42's and have been extremely happy with them. They appear new, and seem to be a really excellent specimen

Do you mind me asking where you saw the 90 day warranty? I was trying to find warranty info specific to the refurbished model and couldn’t easily locate it on Nikon’s site

I've ordered these in the past and were received appearing to be brand new. The warranty is indeed 90 day. Nikon occasionally offers a sale on their refurbs in which I got the 10x42's for $499. No disappointments.
