Nikon Monarch HG vs Maven B.1, in 10 x 42

Hi,

Trying to decide between the Nikon Monarch HG 10 x 42 or Maven B.1 10 x 42? Anyone here either own both or able to handle and compare both to provide an opinion on which has the best build quality, optics and ergonomics?? Another possibility would be the GPO Passion HD 10 x 42?

The Passion HD is a superb optic that IMO is a fantastic option

Nikon HG's to my eyes i did not like. There depth of range was shallow. Has to adjust them all the time. Where as the B1s i felt had a better depth. But everyones eyes are different. Try borrowing some and looking side by side.

I´ve had the Monarch HG 10x42 and the B2 11x45. Not a ton of difference in optical quality. The Nikon is much lighter and has one of the best FOV´s available in a 10x42.

I personally like the little magnification boost from the Maven, so it´s what I have now. But the Nikon is one of the best options available in the $1k class.
