Nipple rash

When I first started running ultramarathons, I was using Body Glide. I found that in heat, it starts to really run - to the point of dripping down your legs or your chest. I jumped to Squirrel Nut Butter, but had issues with it in cold weather races (solidifying and hard to apply).

I have finally landed on 2Toms. The stuff is slick, stays on (as in having difficulty getting it off after 100 miles races), and doesn’t run like Body Glide did. Plus, it is a balm ball type applicator. On long runs, it works on groin, butt cheeks, and nipples!

Yeah but will it toughen you up (or make you cry depending) like ripping off Leukotape?

Tagged. I've been running shirtless because of this but that won't fly in another month or so.

Wow, what a thread resurrection! Those were the days! I miss running. My degenerative disk disease won’t let me run a 1/4 mile these days. But I guess the upside is I have no more nipple rash!
