I have a ranch in New Mexico Unit 37, outside Capitan. I usually sell a private land permission, and my BIL and I both keep a slot for ourselves. However, circumstances dictate that neither BIL or I get to make the trip this year (pregnant wives! No complaints)
So, I am selling one more ES permission. Good for the remainder of the year. I got my cow this week, last year (photo attached). I think our land does well in the colder months as the elk move down out of the higher elevations.
$2,500 for an ES tag. Our land has been hunted two days this year, and it borders Unit 36.
