Old Kifaru Duplex frame and new waist belt?

I have an old Kifaru duplex frame and would like to add a new waist belt. Does the thicker lumbar pad come with the new style belt or does it only come with a new frame? It appears that on my old frame waist belt has the lumbar pad attached to it.
